Ingredients (4 people)
- 1 package of diced ham
- 1 packet of mushrooms
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 cups of creme fraiche
- 500g flour
- 1 package of spring cheese
- 250ml of water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp of herbal mixture
- 1 cube of yeast

1 Put the flour in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in water and then add the oil. Add the sugar to the water and stir well with a wooden spoon. Add the yeast-water mixture to the flour. Mix everything by hand.
2 Knead the resulting dough well. Then let it cook in the oven at 50 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
3 Put the creme fraiche and yoghurt in a bowl. Add the herbs and stir to a dip.
4 Knead the dough again and form 8 small balls out of it. Cut the mushrooms and the spring cheese into thin strips.
5 Roll out the balls into longish pancakes. Cover the dough with mushrooms, ham and spring cheese. Close the flat bread and put it with the closing edge down on a floured baking sheet.
6 Leave the patties first for 10 minutes. Then bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
7 Add the dip to the bread and arrange with parsley as needed.
