For about 1 liter
- 2 pink grapefruit
- 4 bars of celery with leaves
- 1 / 2-1 bunch parsley (about 25 g)
- 1/2 l of water

- Peel grapefruit, cut into slices and fill in blender. Wash celery and parsley, cut into small pieces. Put all prepared ingredients in the blender.
- Add the water. Start on a small scale, then puree everything at the highest level. Possibly add some more water and mix everything briefly again.
Tip:It's great to experiment with green smoothies: for example, use four oranges instead of grapefruit. The parsley can be replaced by a bed of cress. And instead of the celery is also a large tuber fennel along with the green.
