  • 470 ml almond milk or soy milk

  1. Wash the plums, dry and remove the core. Mix the semolina, almonds, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, cane sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  2. While stirring, slowly add 450 ml of almond milk with a whisk and stir until no lumps are formed.
  3. Lay out a springform pan with baking paper and fill in dough. Put plums on top. Bake in preheated oven for approx. 45 to 55 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. The cake is ready when it is lightly browned. Allow to cool and then dust with powdered sugar to serve.

Choco Nut Cake

ingredients

  • 250 g of ground almonds, grated coconut or hazelnuts
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g cane sugar
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 1 Msp. Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 150 ml of espresso

preparation

  1. Mix almonds, flour, cane sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt and cocoa powder well. Slowly pour in the espresso and soymilk and stir well with the blender to avoid lumps.
  2. Put the mixture in a thoroughly greased Gugelhupf form. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the oven. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Russian zupfkuchen

ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g margarine
  • 2 tablespoons soy flour
  • 4 tablespoons soymilk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 g of flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 40 g of cocoa powder

For the filling:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy flour
  • a little soymilk
  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • 2 pck. Vanilla pudding powder
  • 750 g tofu (best silk tofu)

preparation

  1. Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy. Stir in soya flour, soy milk and salt. Mix flour with baking powder and let it trickle in gradually.
  2. Knead with cocoa powder. Fill two thirds of the dough into the springform pan (28 cm in diameter), do not pull the edge.
  3. Tofu cubes and soy milk to make a quark. Mix all ingredients together and add to the bottom of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining third of the soil dough as a fine sprinkle over it.Cake cake in the oven for about 60-70 minutes at 175 degrees. Allow to cool before cake is removed from the mold.
