The preparation of the delicious shrimp burger with spicy wasabi sauce is only 20 minutes. Our recipe is designed for four people. Onions, cucumbers and bacon make the burger perfect.

- 400g shrimp tails
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- Pepper salt

1 Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and wasabi until smooth, season with salt. Finely chop the cucumbers. Cut the onion into rings. Wash lettuce leaves and drain on kitchen paper. Fry 2 bacon in a pan until crispy in the oil. Put the bacon on a baking tray with kitchen paper and put it into the oven with the burger rolls.
Fry 3 prawns in bacon fat for 3 to 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Take the burger buns out of the oven, coat the floors with the wasabi cream. Place lettuce leaves and shrimp. Top with the cucumber cubes, onions and bacon strips, put on the lid and serve immediately.
