- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 eggs
- 2 Table spoons of milk
- Salt pepper
- 20 g of rocket
- 1 tsp butter
- 75 g smoked trout

Clean the radishes, wash them and put them in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs, the milk, salt and pepper. Read the rucola, clean, wash and dab it well dry. Remove the coarse stems and roughly chop the leaves and stir under the egg mass. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the egg mass and let it stand. In between, repeatedly push together with a spatula. Cut the trout fillet into pieces and arrange with the scrambled eggs. Add the radishes to it.
