Preparation time for the Apple Crumble with pumpkin: 25 minutes
Ingredients for the recipe :
- 50g butter
- 50g creme fraiche
- 1 slice of honey cake
- 1 big apple
- 50g dried sour cherries
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 100g pumpkin
- 1 untreated lime
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon jelly

1 Finely grate the lime, rub the crumbs with crème fraîche, and lemon jelly until smooth, then cool. Dice the pumpkin unpeeled and cook with the sour cherries in water for 2 minutes. Sift off and chill off cold.
2 dice the apple and mix with the juice of lime, pumpkin, sour cherries and honey and spread on 4 serving casserole dishes. Cut the butter into small pieces. Crumble honey cake finely. Flour, honey cake, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt to coarse sprinkles, but please do not rub too coarse.
Crumble the crumble over the apple and pumpkin mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees (convection 200 degrees) on the middle tray from below for 15 minutes. Best served warm with the creme fraiche from the fridge.
