Recipe for apple cake
- about 1 kg of apples
- 200 g margarine
- 350 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 4-5 eggs
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar

- Peel the apples first and then cut them into thin slices.
- Then stir in the butter until it is frothy and then add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the flour and baking powder and then add the apples.
- Now distribute the dough evenly on a greased baking tray. The cake should bake at about 200 degrees for 30 minutes in the oven.
- Ready is the delicious cake! If you like, you can still sprinkle the cake with cinnamon and sugar.
