Ingredients (for 18 pieces)

For the dough
• 175 g soft butter
• 175 g finest sugar
• 3 eggs (size M)
• 1 tsp vanilla flavor
• 200 g of flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 2 Table spoons of milk

• 110 g soft butter
• 250 g powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla flavor
• 2 tsp of hot water
• 1 tube of white sugar (Schwartau)
• Metallic pearls

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (hot air: 160 degrees).
2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Smash eggs (one after the other) and vanilla flavor. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in with milk.
3. Lay muffin mold (12 wells) with paper or silicone baking cups. Add approx. 1 heaped tablespoon of dough. Bake on the second bar from below for approx. 20 minutes. Cool muffins in the mold for 5 minutes, lift them out of the hollows. Let cool down. Bake rest as well.
4. Beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add vanilla flavor and water, beat up. Leave to cool briefly until the mass is sprayable. Cut off each of the muffins a "hat". Fill cream in a piping bag with star spout, spray on the dots.
Halve "hat" and put halves such as wings into it, sprinkle them in a lattice-like pattern with sugar and stick with pearls. Sprinkle with sugar.

Tip: Instead of normal sugar, use lavender sugar. This gives the muffins a very special aroma.
