Mix 200 g ground almonds, 100 g flour, 2 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp gingerbread spice, 1 tsp vanilla powder and 1 tsp baking powder, stir. Knead the apricots and peel of 1 organic lemon. Roll out dough on baking paper rectangular (24 x 24 cm). Approximately Bake for 15 minutes (180 degrees). Heat 40 g apricot spread (70%).
