Crunchy almond sticks

Melt the butter. Almond flakes and powdered sugar in a bowl. Strain the flour and mix everything. Stir in the egg whites, then mix well with the liquid butter. Cover the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (convection).
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Remove from the almond mass with a tablespoon of walnut sized piles and place with sufficient distance on the sheet.
