Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 300g chicken breast fillet, without skin
- 100g shiitake mushrooms
- 100g leek
- 100g Asian vermicelli
- 1.5l chicken broth
- 6EL soy sauce
- 1-2 knife tips five-spice powder
1 Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin strips and mix with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cut the leek into fine rings and halve the larger shiitake mushrooms.$config[ads_text] not found
2 Boil the broth with the five-spice powder, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, and the chilli flakes. Cook the noodles, mushrooms and leeks for about 3 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
3 Take off the foam that has formed during cooking, season with salt and chilli flakes to sharpen the soup.
