These mushrooms are especially good as a side dish to a vegetarian dish, as a snack or as a juicy roast with a dark sauce.
Did you diligently collect mushrooms? Then you can probably use a few ideas, what you can do with it. With a large amount of mushrooms, it is worthwhile to cook them. Before that you should of course know how to clean mushrooms properly. Then they can be breaded deliciously.

- 500 g mushrooms
- 150 g of dry white bread
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 3 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 ml of oil
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Carefully brush the mushrooms first so that the dirt is completely removed. Cover woody stems and slice large mushrooms.
- Process the dry white bread into fine breadcrumbs, preferably with a grater. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped almonds and pour the mixture into a deep dish.
- The eggs are whipped in a second plate. Press in the garlic cloves and season the egg mixture with salt, pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Now pull the small mushrooms or the mushroom disks through the egg mass, until they are completely wetted. Then apply them in the breadcrumbs-almond mixture so that the mushroom is completely covered. Heat some oil in a large pan, do not be too frugal with the oil. Once it's hot, you can bake the breaded mushrooms in it for about three minutes each side.
Our tip: The breadcrumbs with the almonds can be supplemented with four to six tablespoons of grated Parmesan, making the crust even crisper.
