The disadvantages of the diet
The supply is quite one-sided in this diet, in the long run, the body may be missing important fatty acids. So it should not be used too long, as deficiency symptoms can occur. In addition, the food will probably be boring despite different potato variations - especially since they should not be seasoned with too much salt, so as not to inhibit the purification process.
