Mediterranean shashlik rosemary skewers
Ingredients (for 4 people) :
- 1 zucchini (about 225 g)
- 125 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 large branches of rosemary
- 600 g of triggered pork neck
- black pepper
- 2 packs (à 400 g) grilled potatoes, eg MEGGLE grilled potatoes "rosemary garlic"
- 125 g soft garlic butter

First wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Also wash and clean the tomatoes and wash the rosemary and pat dry. Now wash the meat, pat dry and dice. Now spit the meat and vegetables alternately on the rosemary branch, possibly with a wooden skewer holes pre-drill. Season the skewers with pepper. Cook the skewers and potatoes on the hot grill, turning 8-10 minutes. Finally, at the end of the barbecue time, coat the skewers with the garlic butter and serve together with the potatoes.
