We ♡ Herb Butter Recipe: Making herbal butter yourself


With a few simple ingredients you can also make herb butter at home. The recipe with parsley and chives is here with us.

It refines steaks, makes baguette a herbal delight and melts on corn on the cob: herb butter is a true all-rounder when grilling. With just a few ingredients butter becomes the perfect companion on a warm summer evening - whether you prefer vegetarian food or meat.

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g butter
  • salt and pepper


  1. Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives.
  2. Then mix the herbs under the soft butter and put the garlic in the butter with a press.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and let cool in the fridge.

Tip: The butter tastes great with freshly baked bread or hot grilled meats.
