- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g butter
- salt and pepper
- Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives.
- Then mix the herbs under the soft butter and put the garlic in the butter with a press.
- Season with salt and pepper and let cool in the fridge.
Tip: The butter tastes great with freshly baked bread or hot grilled meats.
