- 2 red apples with peel, gutted and cut into fine rings
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 100 g of melted butter
- 1 packet of puff pastry (finished product, refrigerated compartment)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Mix the finely cut apples with the butter, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Place the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cut into 6 approximately equal squares, spread out at intervals on the plate. Distribute the apple-butter-cinnamon mixture on the squares, leave an edge of about 1 cm, and bake in the oven on medium shines for about 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
