Frozen yogurt is the trend ice of summer: low in calories and deliciously refreshing. This great recipe comes from the food blog "Frauzuckerstein".
For the ice
- 1000 ml skim milk yogurt
- 200 g of milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 P. vanillin sugar
- 4 egg whites
For the toppings
- Watermelon bits
- flaked almonds
- Colorful chocolate sprinkles
- Honey melons fritters

Put a kitchen towel in a colander and put in the yoghurt. Cover with a plastic wrap and complain with a plate. Leave to rest for at least 6 hours to remove the water from the yoghurt.
Mix the milk with the sugar and the vanillin sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the yoghurt. Beat the egg whites and place under the mass. Put the whole in the ice cream maker for 20 - 25 minutes.
For example, you can fill the finished frozen yoghurt into a large mold, so you can always take something out in portions.
The toppings can also be totally down. But you can also take a lot, what you have anyway in the house,
starting with chopped biscuits, apples, sprinkles, sauces, nuts, gummi bears,
to dry fruits.
