Recipe Casareccia with salsiccia


The recipe also succeeds with Fusilli.

400 g salsiccia (Italian pork sausages)
2 tbsp olive oil
50 g finely-rolled onion
2 skinned tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, in thin slices
150 g of cooked white beans
10 sage leaves
400 g Casareccia (or Fusilli)
1 Cut the skin of the sausage and divide the meat into pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the salsiccia pieces vigorously for about 5 minutes. Add onion and also let it take on some color. Dice the tomatoes roughly and add the garlic. Fry for about 3 minutes, then add the boiled beans, sage and 100 ml of water. Simmer for 15 minutes, pour water again and again.
Cook 2 pasta barely al dente. Drain and mix under the salsiccia bean sauce, simmer for another 2 minutes. Pepper vigorously and serve immediately.
PREPARATION TIME: approx. 30 minutes
