Cheesecake in the glass
Ingredients for a portion
- 1 shortbread
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 3 tbsp
- 1 tbsp skimmed milk yoghurt
- 1TL vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh berries
- 1 teaspoon reduced calorie jam
- Crumble the biscuit, mix with cinnamon powder and pour into a glass.
- Stir the quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar until creamy and layer on the crumbs.
- Mix the berries with the jam and pour over. Delicious!
