Classic with a difference Strammer Max in two vegetarian variants

NOVEMBER FAVORITES | Jaclyn Hill (June 2019).

Strammer Max is a hearty snack in between. Our vegetarian varieties taste at least as good as the classic and are simply prepared.

Strammer Max is a dish originally from the Berlin and Saxon cuisine. Meanwhile, it is known throughout Germany as home cooking and is typically made up of eggs, ham and bread. Vegetarians do not have to do without Max - we have two recipe variants for all veggies and those who want to become one.
