For 4 servings
For the chutney
- 150 ml of apple vinegar
- 75 g brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
- 2 pears (about 500 g, peeled, in cubes)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cinnamon stake
- 1/2 teaspoon pink berries
For the cheese
- 4 goat's cheese taler
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium-sized red and green chilli pepper (pitted, finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts (chopped)
