Vegan Ice Cream Pops 3 WAYS! (June 2019).
Deliciously fresh and fruity and very easy to make yourself: Try our recipe for vegan raspberry ice cream on a stick.
Ingredients for 4 pieces:
- 100 g of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1-2 stalks of mint
- 100 g fresh raspberries
- Boil the sugar, lemon juice and 100 ml of water until the sugar has dissolved, then allow to cool. Wash the mint and shake it dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems. If necessary, rinse the raspberries and drain.
- Pour raspberries and mint leaves into 4 ice-cream stems and pour in the lemon syrup.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours. Briefly rinse the mold under hot water, then remove the ice from the mold.
