Strawberry cake is a timeless classic and always works! The special thing about this cake? It's a three-story masterpiece with a heavenly cream cream that you can easily bake at home. Try it!
- 4 eggs
- 125 g fine sugar + 2 tbsp sugar
- 125 g of flour
- 400 g of cream
- 2 sachets of cream firm
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar

- 500 g strawberries
Basic recipe biscuit mass
Beat 4 eggs and 2 tablespoons of hot water for about 10 minutes until the mixture is creamy white. While continuing to whisk, add 125 g of the finest sugar, then continue beating for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Recipe strawberry pie
- Put the biscuit mixture in a mini springforming (20 cm Ø) laid out on the bottom with baking paper. Bake in a hot oven (200 degrees, second from below) for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, cut the floor twice horizontally.
- Beat 400 g of cream with 2 sachets of cream tartar, 1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Slightly crumble 30 g meringue. Leave some of 500 g strawberries for garnish. Clean, halve or quarter the rest. Layer biscuit, cream, meringue crumbs and strawberry quarter to the pie, top with whole strawberries.
