Stress, bad food, too little exercise, nicotine and alcohol over acidify the body. This robs you of energy, makes you old and sick quickly. On the other hand there is this miracle medicine: base broth. Potatoes, carrots, celeriac and ginger turn this broth into a great pleasure experience.
Ingredients for about 1 liter
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 120 g of celeriac
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 slice of ginger

Peel and wash the potatoes, peel the carrot and celery. Cut everything into small cubes.
Put the potatoes, carrots and celery in a saucepan, fill with 1 liter of water and heat to just below the boiling point, then let stand for 20 minutes on low heat. Add cayenne pepper and ginger about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Pour the finished broth through a strainer, use the vegetables otherwise and drink the broth warm. Make the base broth daily fresh!
