2. Fry the burger in a hot non-stick pan with a little oil from each side for 3-4 minutes.

3. Cut 4 buns horizontally. Place with the cut surface facing upwards on a baking sheet. Distribute 4 burgers on the undersides. Covered with rocket and cheese slices. Cook under the hot oven grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.

4. Heat the remaining 4 rolls under the grill briefly, also cut through. Cover with remaining 4 burgers and rocket, add some avocado puree and bacon pieces. Serve with fried onion rings and lettuce as desired.
